It came to our notice that the Ex investor lead people of Hogar Controls India Pvt Ltd (HCIPL) against whom the Original Hogar Controls founders Mr. Vijay Kumar Anadasu & Karan Kumar filed a case before Hon’ble District court of Agra, are misleading the dealers and channel partners about the Hogar Controls trademark ownership under OS No.4 of 2022 which proceedings are still pending.
We would like to present the facts about HOGAR Controls Company, Trademark & Intellectual property ownership, current management and website domain details.
1.Who are the founders of Hogar controls?
Karan Kumar Anadasu, Vijay Kumar Anadasu and Ashwanth Kumar Anadasu are the sole founders of Hogar controls founded in 2014. Anyone else claiming to be the co-founder is utter false and fake narrative.

2. Details about HOGAR Controls incorporation
- Z-Wave India a multi brand smart home distribution company was started in 2012 through which HOGAR Controls products were sold since 2014
- HOGAR CONTROLS officially got incorporated by the Founders Vijay Kumar and Karan Kumar in year 2016
- Z-Wave India Pvt Ltd a new company was incorporated in year 2017 by Vijay Kumar Anadasu and Ashwanth Kumar
- Z-Wave India Pvt Ltd got renamed into HOGAR Controls India Pvt Ltd in 2017
- Hogar Controls LTD was incorporated in UK year 2017 by Vijay Kumar
- Hogar Controls Inc was incorporated in the USA year 2017 for US market (by an external investor).
3. Who holds the ownership of the Hogar Controls trade mark?
Vijay Kumar Anadasu, who is the co-founder of original Hogar Controls, holds complete ownership of HOGAR Controls trade mark.
Hogar Controls trade mark was registered in the year 2016 by Mr. Anadasu Vijay Kumar in 2016, and is still owned by him. On the contrary, one of the external investors who gained control of Hogar controls India Pvt ltd unethically tried to re-apply the trademark in the year 2021 December, which stands objected by the Registrar of Trade marks.
